Discover the wonders of Green Turtle Hammock on a guided hike, where our environmental educator brings this rare ecosystem—and its deep connection to Florida Bay and the Everglades—to life. These walks are a great way to experience the beauty of the Hardwood Hammock, explore unique features like solution holes, and understand how this fragile habitat plays a role in the health of the greater Everglades system. 🌳💧

🌟 We also offer a variety of educational programs and activities, including:
🦉 Bird walks with our partners at the Wild Bird Center
🧪 School field trips with hands-on science experiments and nature crafts
📚 Programming at the Hammock, schools, and in libraries

We welcome individuals, families, school groups, and community organizations—and we’re happy to find a time that works for you!
